Regarding Shipping, Lost Packages, Incorrect Mailing Addresses and Refunds

All of my items are shipped via USPS or UPS. Once Shipped, I have no control over what happens to your package. Please keep a close eye on the tracking so that you can retrieve your package as soon as it hits your mailbox.

If you do not receive your order, you should call your local post office and give them the tracking number. At that point I will have already paid for the merchandise and shipping costs. This means that I cannot refund your money or send out merchandise a second time. I understand that this is frustrating, and I sympathize.

This same policy applies if you entered the mailing address incorrectly when you placed the order. I cannot refund your money or send out merchandise a second time, so please double check your info before submitting the order.
